1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Storito app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Storito is a service provided by Insofto Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Storito. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

3. Content Ownership and License

As a creator, you retain all ownership rights to the stories and content you publish on Storito. However, by publishing content, you grant Storito a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content across our digital platforms and social media channels.

• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.
• Plagiarism or unauthorized posting of copyrighted works is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates our Community Guidelines. Prohibited actions include:

• Harassing or bullying other users.
• Posting explicit, illegal, or harmful content.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Storito services.

5. Virtual Currency (Storito Coins)

Storito Coins are virtual tokens used to unlock chapters, support authors, and participate in contests. They are not legal tender and have no cash value.

• Coins cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real currency (INR, USD, etc.) outside of specific Author Royalty programs, if applicable.
• Storito reserves the right to expire earned coins (e.g., from bonus rewards) after a period of inactivity.
• We may display advertisements to keep our services free or to provide rewarded coin opportunities.

6. Termination of Service

Storito reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
