"Help us keep Storito safe for everyone. If you see something, say something."
1. Our Commitment to Safety
At Storito, owned by Insofto Technologies Private Limited, the safety and well-being of our community, especially minors, is our highest priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that endangers children. Our platform is intended for users aged 13 and older, and we implement strict moderation to maintain a safe environment.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Abuse Content
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM). This includes:
- Any imagery or text depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Content that encourages or facilitates illegal contact with minors.
- Grooming behavior or any attempt to solicit personal information from children.
3. Prohibited Content Involving Minors
Beyond CSAM, we prohibit content that puts minors at risk, including:
- Endangerment: Content that promotes dangerous activities involving minors.
- Bullying: Targeted harassment or cyberbullying of minors.
- Privacy Violations: Sharing a minor's personal information without parental consent.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
We provide easy-to-use reporting tools for all users. If you see anything that violates our child safety policy:
- Use the "Report" button on any story, chapter, or profile.
- Email us immediately at support@storito.in with relevant details.
Upon receiving a report involving child safety, our team takes immediate action, which may include permanent account bans, content removal, and reporting to legal authorities.
5. Collaboration with Law Enforcement
Storito complies with all international and local legal requirements regarding child safety. We proactively report any suspected child exploitation content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in India, and collaborate fully with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
