Recommended Method

Delete Instantly via App

The fastest and most secure way to permanently purge your account is directly inside the Storito mobile app. This triggers immediate automated database sanitization.

Open Storito App

Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Access User Settings

Tap your avatar to open the User Profile Menu and select the Settings Screen.

Navigate to Privacy

Open the Privacy Page within the settings layout.

Trigger Deletion

Tap the Account Deletion Button and confirm the secure prompt.

Facebook Compliance

Facebook Login Access Revocation

If you signed up to Storito using your Facebook account, you can revoke Facebook access to your account and trigger data deletion directly from Facebook's app panel by following these compliant steps:

Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Select Apps and Websites from the left sidebar navigation.
Find Storito in the list, then select Remove.
To permanently delete your user records on our servers, check the box requesting data deletion during removal, or submit the manual form on this page.

Critical Information

Which data is permanently deleted?

Upon final deletion confirmation (either via in-app queue or within 7 days of manual form approval):

Your username, email address, password hash, and profile details are **instantly purged**.
All your reading milestones, private library shelf items, and custom bookmarks are **permanently wiped**.
Your active rewards coins wallet and outstanding coin balances are **permanently closed and forfeited**.
Any active draft files are deleted. Published community posts or comments are anonymized or permanently deleted from search engines.

*Note: Under standard global financial auditing practices, coin purchase invoices or payment history logs are securely retained in an isolated read-only ledger for anti-fraud and tax auditing purposes.

If you are unable to access the mobile application, submit your details below. Our security team will verify your identity via email and complete your deletion within 7 business days.

A verification email has been sent to this address to verify your ownership. Please click the link inside that email within 48 hours to queue your deletion. Once verified, all associated personal database records will be scrubbed within 7 business days.
